How to set document types in Xcode 4.2?

I have an application for iPhone, and I would like it, so when a user clicks on a .pdf file as an email attachment, my application is one of the options for opening it. After some research, it seems that I need to add a document type to info.plist. The problem is that I cannot find ANY tutorial explaining how to use the new type of GUI document:

Can someone help me?

This function of the "Document Types" editor can be so new (it was introduced in 4.2) that the documentation layer did not manage to write anything about it.

Just set the "Name" field to "Portable Document Format" and the type field "com.adobe.pdf".
