Android hindi soft keyboard characters?

I use hindi fonts in my application using the following code:

Typeface font = Typeface.createFromAsset(this.getAssets(), "fonts/DroidHindi.ttf");
txt.setTypeface(font);

Now I wanted to take the data from the user in the Hindi editing text box. This requires a soft Hindi keyboard, can any of us advise me to add a soft Hindi keyboard?

It depends entirely on the user's choice of keyboard.

To test your Hindi login, download one of the IME available in the Hindi market, such as PaniniKeypad Hindi IME, or get GO Keyboard and "Hindi for GO Keyboard", all of which are available on the Android Market for free.
