Strange flickering bug in latest version of Chrome browser

After updating the Google Chrome browser to the latest version 15.0.874.106 (under Windows 7), my site experiences some strange flickering error.

Text shadows are displayed completely incorrectly, the text itself is fuzzy and fuzzy, some parts of the code no longer work (for example, floating on the right, fixed menu) ... etc. For a few seconds, the site displays in order, then it flickers suddenly (when loading), and then the rendering becomes corrupted. (I think it might be some problems loading Google Maps v3)

The funny thing is that the old version of Chrome (before updating on my other computer) still displays the site without any problems, and yet there were no changes in the code.

In other browsers (as I said, even in the old chrome) everything is in order. Firebug and Chrome code inspector (CTRL + SHIFT + J) does not show errors in the code. I do some digging online and here, and I have not found anything useful.

You can check it yourself by clicking here.

Thanks in advance.

I made the same settings changes as above, and now that the strange flicker has stopped, below the details ....

  • Open Chrome browser
  • Select the "Settings" menu option
  • Click the "Transition" link on the settings page
  • Uncheck "Use hardware acceleration if available"
  • Restart Chrome browser

.......:)

Josip Filippovich apologized for where to do this (in Win7 by entering - disable-accelerated-compositingin the field properties > target) this part disables hardware acceleration.
