Rails 3.1 does not detect Coffeescript and Javascript changes?

Question

Sometimes I update my coffee code in Rails 3.1 and does not detect any changes, i.e. I am updating my browser / cache and still calling the old script. Does anyone know what causes this?

EDIT: I even hush up all my scripts with a “debugger,” and none of them are ever called. Any idea why she just won’t upgrade the coffee houses?

EDIT2: I understand that it doesn't even detect JavaScript changes. Am I missing something? Notice, I don’t bounce on my server when I change JS files ... It worked ...
