Shadowbox - How to switch or replace content? How to close and open another dialog?

I try to use shadowbox several times: sometimes I may need several dialog boxes at the same time.

In this simple example, I try to close one existing window and open another again, but it does not open the second. What am I doing wrong?

Sorry, but I think I will go to colorbox as it looks much more stable:
