WIndows Phone 7.1 SDK and Windows Phone 7.5 SDK

What is the difference between Windows Phone 7.1 (NoDo) and Windows Phone 7.5 (Mango) ?

I installed the SDK for Mango, but when I try to create a project, it shows me version 7.1!

Are these two versions the same?

No, no, the NoDo version was 7.0, if I remember correctly. Mango is 7.5, but the Mango SDK has version 7.1. Just continue with 7.1, it will work fine.

These two versions are certainly the same. NoDo was released as a small upgrade to 7.0, which hasn't changed much. When the first beta version of the Mango SDK was released, it was still unclear what the version number would be. People expected 7.5, but it was called 7.1 SDK. Right now, marketing is always talking about WP7.5, but essentially it's just 7.1. In any case, 7.0 is compatible with NoDo before, 7.1 is only compatible with Mango.
