We have a development team. Everyone has a NuGet. We all use TFS. One team member adds a NuGet package and validates it. Other team members get the appropriate builds and NuGet packages.config. However, when they go to NuGet Package Management, Installed Packages do not show the package added by other team members. This is clearly visible to the person who first added the package.
Is this the expected behavior? Are we doing something wrong?
