Currently, many affordable laptops have a resolution of 800 lines or less. I know that you can connect an external monitor, but sometimes this is not an option (for example, a trip to a client site). I'm used to having two huge monitors for development and feeling completely paralyzed when trying to use a laptop for coding.
So, my main questions are about Eclipse users on these low resolution machines. What are some coping strategies you use for an efficient encoder in Eclipse? For example, I noticed that double-clicking on a tab opens its full-screen mode (which has pros and cons). And I can press ctrl-shift-t to open a dialog to find the class (so I don't need to look for it in all my packages). I am sure that people over the years of Eclipse coding on a laptop have some tricks that they find useful. Please share it here for everyone if you do.
