How to speed up IBM Rational Application Developer / Rational Software Architect

I want to know how I can speed up RSA 7.5 (this is an IDE from IBM that has eclipse under the hood with websphere server runtime), mainly to start the server. The first time I start it after rebooting the computer after loading, but after that it starts / stops the server forever. The debug mode for the server starts forever.

I use server startup time 7 for IBM RSA 7.5.

Thus, the basic RAD / RSA has websphere runtime, which allows you to configure start / stop server startup in RAD / RSA. Runtime allows you to develop webapps and testing time on the server to deploy it at runtime websphere.

The problem I ran into is websphere runtime, which works fine after rebooting the computer, but very slowly after several deployments / publishing of the same web application.

I would be grateful for recommendations on increasing the speed of starting / stopping the RSA server and general recommendations on performance. I have a lot of memory, for example, 12 GB with Core i7 Core 6 cores on Win7.

Of course, you use the server in debug mode, it will be much slower, but you have several options, for example, installing the server in development mode or fine-tuning which applications should run. Take a look at these articles:
