Schema.org openingHours at <time>

I am trying to create a schema.org definition for opening a watch, which is tested in the Google Advanced Snippets Testing Tool.

With this markup, I want to determine that on Monday the store is open from 11:00 to 22:00.

<time datetime="Mo 11:00-22:00" itemprop="openingHours">11:00-22:00</time>

However, the extended snippet testing tool displays:

Warning: opening hours are in datetime format, which does not comply with ISO 8601.

Schema.org defines :

Opening hours for business. Opening hours can be indicated as a weekly time range, starting from days, then once a day. Several days can be listed with commas, "separating every day." Daily or time ranges are specified using the hyphen '-'.

  • : Mo, Tu, We, Th, Fr, Sa, Su.
