Javascript to display a hidden div when an option is selected from a drop-down list

I have 5 drop-down lists in the form under which I have DIV elements that require user input. I show the first DIV for the first drop down list and hide all other forms using style = "display: none;".

I am looking for Javascript that will show a second DIV when I select any option from the second drop down list.

Any help would be appreciated.
