Unexpected data storage and cache memory of Android and Admob

after adding adMob ads to my application, I noticed some strange memory behavior. On my Android phone, if I go, Settings>Applications>Manage applications>myApp I get storage information for my application.

What bothered me was that the data store was about 600 thousand, and the cache was more than 2.5 MB (unlike 28 KB and 0 KB maximum without admob). After some trial and error, I found that the data storage value seems to increase with the cache. If I clear the cache and restart my application, the data value will decrease significantly, returning to what I would expect for my program.

I have no idea what this cache does, but it is related to adMob. I did not integrate any specific cache management into my program. I am worried that if the contents of this cache grow as it was, the users of my application will not be impressed if my application starts to occupy 10 + MB of space. Should I worry? Maybe because I did nothing but launch my application several times during the day, when no other application or program deleted my data from the cache? Do I have to manually clear the cache? what is the goal regarding admob?
