Disable scroll in browser for WP7?

Question

Can I turn off scrolling in a web browser control in Windows Phone 7.1? I saw many questions that can be asked (Windows Phone 7.0, Silverlight), but the answer has not yet come up. Any ideas?

There's a post here that explains how to suppress the zoom and scroll functions of a WebBrowser control. Quote from this post:
