Is there an open source PDF printer written in C ++?

I want to look at the source code of a PDF printer to find out how it works with the printer driver part, but so far I have found a PDF Creator that is written in VB. There are many free PDF printers, but they are not open source, and I need to look at the source code.

Here the EmfPrinter project is written in C ++.

I use OpenOffice to convert Word documents to PDF.

I believe the source code is available.
