How to cancel "exclude from project" in Visual Studio 2008

Cancel VS 'Exclude from project'?

I mistakenly selected the menu item "Exclude from project", thinking that I can choose what to exclude, but he excluded the open file.

I did not notice which file was and there is no undo.

How can I cancel this operation? How can I determine which file was excluded? Is there any kind of log file?

Select "Add> Existing Item ...", then add the excluded files.
