Getting dyld: Character not found: _OBJC_CLASS _ $ _ NSJSONSerialization on IOS4

When testing on iOS4, I get the following error:

dyld: Character not found: _OBJC_CLASS _ $ _ NSJSONSerialization

While on iOS5 it works fine.

Any help would be appreciated.

From AFNetworking README:

"AFNetworking uses NSJSONSerialization, if available. If your application targets a platform where this class is not available, you can include one of the following JSON libraries in your AFNetworking project for automatic discovery and use."

With that said, to prevent the following error, make sure of two things

  • JSONKit/SBJson/YAJL
  • , " " , iOS5, AFNetworking , NSJSONSerialization JSON.
