Amstrad CPC Colors

Recently, I have been digging the hardware features of Amstrad CPC and I am confused about the color palette information.

Of course, in practice, you can use 27 colors on the screen using raster tricks by changing the ink color: - more than once for VBL, for rasters - once for HBL, for raster bars - more than once for HBL, for splits with rasters
