How to place the cursor at the beginning of `tab`

When I open vim help, I click 0to go to the beginning of the line; When I press jto scroll down, the cursor goes to the right 8 spaces when focusing tab
And the cursor bounces back when focusing non-tab
This is not very good for the eyes.
Is there any way to let vim focus the beginning tabso that the cursor stays in column 0?
