What is the status of the HTTP response “200 Filtered”?

I have a website where some CSS files are not displayed in the browser, and when I open the Firebug Net panel, the answer is “200 Filtered” (see image).

I know that it usually means 200, but I could not find what Filtered refers to, that is, the actual content is not served, but instead, when you try to view the resource directly in the browser, the "inaccessible" page is displayed.

I just wanted to know what this status means.
