MySQL administration tool with strong foreign key management

I have a current problem with phpMyAdmin: its view relationship function allows you to create / delete foreign keys, but does not give control over the name of the created restriction.

Basically, it relies on default FK names such as UserAddress_ibfk_2.

This becomes difficult when trying to version a database with SQL patches, when we have no control over the constraint names. Of course, we can write all requests related to FK, but this is how to lose a bit in using a tool like PMA.

Do you guys use good phpMyAdmin alternatives that have a good FK editor that allows you to edit constraint names?

You can use the object editor in dbForge Studio for MySQL . All object editors are available in the free version of Express Edition.

Soon, the next version will appear in the flat-style object editor.
