Steve Sanderson BeginCollectionItem Assistant Will Not Bind Correctly

I am using Steve Sanderson's assistant BeginCollectionItem and have encountered a problem. I have a form that has the ability to add an unlimited number of fields. I use his assistant, as he solved this problem with how to continue generating fields, and there is no need to worry about how to link it when submitting the form.

I have in the same form some flags with an unknown amount. The difference with this in comparison with awards is that an unknown amount will become known after the database is called and will be known by the time the code arrives in the view.

So my code is as follows
