Now I'm trying to decide which driver to use to create the DataSource from my JavaEE application in MS SqlServer.
A couple of years ago I had good experience with JTDS and SO answers suggest that then JTDS was preferable.
But now I see that its latest version 1.2.5 is two years old (2009-12-30).
Is this a good enough reason to choose the proprietary MS driver, or is JTDS so good that it no longer needs development? :)
