I am trying to decode the following base64 encoded text in Node.js with a built-in cryptographic library

It seems to work with PHP mcrypt functions using a string as a key typeconfig.sys^_-, as shown by entering a value in http://www.tools4noobs.com/online_tools/decrypt/ and selecting Blowfish, ECB, Base64.
However, when I run the following code in Node.js:
