I know that it is SpringLayoutintended for use by developers of a graphical interface, but this layout is useful when a developer wants to create a form similar to the form. And SpringUtilitiesthe utility class greatly facilitates manual coding with the layout manager.
So why does this part of the core Java library not yet exist? Just curious...
