Composition 2 videos on top of each other with alpha

Question

AVFoundation allows you to “compose” 2 assets (2 videos) in the form of 2 “tracks”, for example, as in Final Cut Pro.

The theory says that I have 2 videos on top of each other, with alpha, and we see both.

Either I'm doing something wrong, or somewhere there is an error, because the following test code, although a bit messy, clearly states that I should see 2 videos, and I see only one, as shown here: http: / /lockerz.com/s/172403384 - the "blue" square - IMG_1388.m4v

For some reason, IMG_1383.MOV is never displayed.
