How to create a dll like shell32.dll that contains icons

I am working on Visual Studio 2010. I want to create a dll containing icons like shell32.dll. Can anyone guide me what I need to do. Purpose: I just want my fav icons to be associated with one dll and saved on my root drive and set up all the folder icons, and I just need them to contain the Dll. I do not know that all that needs to be done, I am ready to do my best. Any suggestion or comment is welcome. I'm not sure which part is needed, so we add a shell32.dll picture.

You can create a Resource-Only DLL .
