Manually Installing a Subtitle on Eclipse

I downloaded the subtitle from http://subclipse.tigris.org/servlets/ProjectDocumentList?folderID=2240

The downloaded zip file contains the following two folders and 4 files

/features
/plugins
artifacts.xml
content.xml
index.html
site.xml

Can I copy two folders (functions and plugins) into the $ ECLIPSE_HOME folder and ignore the files? I have done this before, but I don’t remember to copy individual files. Is it possible to ignore xml and html files?

I need to install it manually, because the server is behind the proxy server, and I do not know the proxy information.

thank
