Are the location and background mode selection even after restarting the device in iOS7?

I am writing an application that uses background fetching and location. I am interested to know if these two events can launch the application even after a reboot in iOS7 and iOS6.

I'm going to answer myself (I don’t know if this can be useful to someone else), but please correct me if I say it wrong. After several tests, I saw that on iOS7, even after a reboot, events are called (for example, if there was no reboot). On iOS6, this does not happen.
