I am a new coder, and I am writing a blog about a training program aimed at journalists.

Need to install Git separately from the Github graphical client, GitHub for Mac? If you can avoid command line operations, I can choose a tutorial focused on downloading and installing GitHub for Mac, and going through the process of creating new repos, deploying, rolling back, etc.
