How to read the contents of a device’s console on an iPhone?

Question

I can read the console when the device is connected to my machine through Xcode.

I need to create a way to read the console for my test users in order to receive console output messages and crash reports from the device, and then send them by email via email.

Is there a standard file location where console log and crash reports are displayed on iOS?

The console is not saved in the file on the iPhone (therefore, rebooting completely clears it).
