What is a good phonetic package for different human languages?

I am currently working on a project for which I believe that the ability to come up with phonetic representations of words in different languages ​​will be really useful. I know that Aspell does this pretty well, but I don’t think there is a very simple way to get their phonetic representations, so I ask: is there any other good package for getting the phonetic representation of a word based on the word and language / dialect / accent / no matter what it comes from?

It doesn't have to be in any particular language, but if it were Perl, it would be better.

I already tried Soundex, Metaphone, DoubleMetaphone and everything else in Text :: Phonetic , and none of this was very good - definitely nowhere as good as the material in Aspell.

The first thing that comes to mind is Soundex . Of course, there is a Perl Soundex module . Although this is intended to generate an audio “key” from the input, it can be useful when comparing different options with a shared key.
