Visual Studio 2010 keyboard shortcut to open the context menu on the Document tab

Question

Is there a key combination for displaying the context menu of a document tab - the same as a right-click document tab?

Note: not the same as the shift + F10, which brings up the main context menu.

I have been looking for this thing for some time, and I accidentally opened this menu today using my keyboard. Command "Window.ShowDockMenu". The default binding (at least in VS 2012) is "alt + -".
