FFMpeg - create a thumbnail for a video file

Question

I am new to php. I installed ffmpeg in my local iis .. Is it possible to create a thumbnail for an FLV file? Please, help..

There is no need to specify a time 1. ffmpeg api provides an image format2 and the ability to transfer -vframes 1.
