How to start with developing a cross-platform mobile application of a complex level?

Is there any document for developing a cross-platform mobile application. I try to go with telephone communications, but I could not find any documentation for developing high-level applications, using, for example, server switching, integration into social networks, game development, etc.

I already covered the basics for this and also went through his Phonegap site .

If anyone has such documentation, please share.

I also searched that there are other cross platform support like titanium appcelerator etc. But having no knowledge about it.

I would be very grateful because I want to learn about cross-platform mobile app development.
