In windbg, what might cause the message "WARNING: Failed to check the timestamp for mydll.dll"?

I have a dump (created by SysInternal procdump), and when I ask to view the call stack from the stream, I get an error:

"WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for mydll.dll"

I have the source code for mydll.dll, and I have a file PDBfor it, the call stack seems valid, but I would like to know what could be the cause of the message. I have not received this warning before.

Thank.

, -. , , ( exe\dll), exepath -

.exepath + " dll\exe"

. dll dll, ?

This will be a simple cause of the problem. If you rebuilt the DLL or captured the wrong version, this seems like an easy fix.

This is because you have minidump and timestamp for mydll.dll is not in the dump. If you add the source mydll.dll to the binary path ( .exepath), you will get rid of the warning.
