A type initializer for "Emgu.CV.CvInvoke" threw an exception

Question

I wrote a simple program to open an image and display the image in VS 2010 in C # using EmguCV, but I get the following exception:

The type initializer for "Emgu.CV.CvInvoke" made an exception.

in line Image<Bgr, Byte> myimg = new Image<Bgr, Byte>(openfile.FileName);
