What is the modern face recognition method?

At school, we learned about a method called “ownership” of applying PCA to many face recognition images. I was wondering which approach is most often used today for face recognition?

I hope for face recognition based on many images of different sizes and different looks. Thanks

Eigenface is one of the most famous classic face recognition methods. If you're talking about a recent popular method, you can check Reliable Face Recognition through a sparse view, John Wright, Allen Jan, Arvind Ganesh, Shankar Sastri and Yee Ma, IEEE Transactions on Sample Analysis and Machine Intelligence (PAMI), 2009.

According to your description of your purpose, you can take a look at the recognition of several images (a set of images). I personally support the publication of a classification based on a set of images.
