Xcode Instruments - Enable NSZombie Detection? Where is it?

I watched this video http://www.markj.net/iphone-memory-debug-nszombie/

The guy shows the Enable NSZombie Detection on Allocations option inside the tools, but my tools do not show this option. This video was made using the annual version of the tools, and I am using Xcode 3.2.5. Do you guys know where this option is now? How to enable it for iPhone applications?

In Xcode 4.0, this option "Enable zombies" is only present in the iPhone simulator, and not with the profile on the device itself.
