I want to learn how to develop Android and create mobile applications. What are the recommended resources (there are too many on the Internet)?

Obviously, http://developer.android.com/guide/index.html and http://developer.android.com/resources/index.html , this should be enough for starters.

If you really study and do what is written there, you will have a very solid foundation. Many other pages may be good, but this is where you should start, because you will always come back and learn something new.
