Bezier C target ReShaping curve

I want to be able to move and reshape a cubic bezier curve drawn in Core Graphics by touching and dragging it. I can draw the main shape, and I can use the touch and drag to move the PURPOSE of the shape, but that’s not what I want to do.

I want to be able to move and change the shape of the bezier, as if it were part of a string lying on a table pulled by my finger. That is, touching a part of the Bezier curve and pulling it in the direction to change the shape of the curve as a whole.

Does anyone know how to do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance
