"There is already a link to Essential.Diagnostics"

I tried installing Essential.Diagnostics through

Install-Package Essential.Diagnostics

But I had a problem saying that I was linking to something that was not there, so I tried to delete the link, and now I don’t know how to add it again. When I ran the above command again in the package manager console, it says that my project already has a link to it, although I see in the solution explorer that it is not.

How to fix it?

Just noticed a file called "packages.config" in my project. I discovered this, and it contained a suspicious package. I deleted the file and reinstalled the package. Successfully added.
