Firebug shows some queries in Gray

Firebug shows some requests in Gray (a screenshot attached and marked in red) with a status code of 200, and some requests are displayed in black with a status code of 200. What is the difference between the two requests?

Gray requests are those that are loaded from the cache, as described here in the promo function:

http://getfirebug.com/network

Cached or Uncached

Not all network requests are equal - some of them are downloaded from the browser cache, and not from the network. Firebug provides status codes for each request so you can quickly scan and see how efficiently your site uses the cache to optimize page load time.
