Cannot delete project folders created by Visual Studio 2010

I created a Visual Studio 2010 project that I want to completely delete, and which includes all the project folders.

I registered as an administrator.

I tried to delete the folders in the file explorer, but received only the message that I need to have administrator permission to delete it.

Visual Studio seems to have locked project folders that the administrator account cannot access.

I know that I have rights to create and delete folders myself, because I created a test folder and deleted it without any problems.

Do you know about this?
