Why are Twitters Bootstrap better than flexible, responsive themes for blogs and frameworks?

Im using Drupal (note that this is not a Drupal related issue), and I can get many responsive responsive themes from my repositories. Many of them use HTML5 and / or CSS3. I can imagine the same thing happening in Wordpress and other products.

I would like to know why I should try to learn how to use Bootstrap. I mean, why is it better? (Is that better?) Is it because he uses LESS ?

I read that on their website, and it seems that they put a lot of interesting things in one place, but I do not understand why this seems to attract such attention.

As I wanted to change the design of my site, I thought about adapting Bootstrap to my Drupal site, but I want to be sure that this is correct in terms of SEO, site load time, mobile network, etc.

Thank you for understanding!

Its just another Grid Grid solution ... however it does contain style highlighting for commonly used components like buttons.

What makes it so popular is that it looks good, and is great for prototyping or a good look at tough planned projects in which you care that you look unique.

I use bootstrap mainly to create small control panels in low-level applications.
