How to easily configure CMS on appharbor

I am looking for CMS to use with Appharbor, the problem I saw with another CMS is that they are storing content on a file system that can be deleted between deployments and does not work on multiple nodes (so maybe everything will be stored in the database).

Does anyone have experience configuring CMS on Appharbor?

I am currently using Umbraco a bit so that anyone can establish that these details will also be useful.

Other cms that might work would be Orchard or Composite C1.
