DrRacket provides Stepper - one of the buttons on the toolbar - shows the evaluation of programs written in the languages of the initial and intermediate languages, in the form of a sequence of steps. Its interface is not as good as the page you are pointing to - as the author of Stepper, I can say this with confidence, but it is a visualization tool on the same lines as the one you are describing.
