CSV on Cedar Hero

I want to use the CSV module with rails 3.2.1 on the cedar to the hero, but

require 'CSV'

does not work

here is the error when testing from the console:

to try

require 'csv'

It is case sensitive.

UPDATE: This is not a problem for Heroku, if you did the same locally, you will get the same eror. CSV is in the standard library in Ruby 1.9.
