Striped 2-color background with or without images?

Question

I want to create a nice striped diagonal or horizontal background (yellow and black) for http://www.hallmorkshoneybess.co.uk , but cannot find any tutorials on how to do this.

background-color: black; background: linear-gradient(white 50%, black 50%); background-size: 100% 20%; background-repeat: repeat-y;
