MySQL lock schedule

We are working to improve query interdependencies, and we find that deadlocks sometimes occur that repeat. Does anyone know of a program that can generate a blocking schedule from the output of SHOW ENGINE INNODB STATUS?

Use MySQL Monitoring Pluginfor Cacti or Nagios from Percona. It records the results SHOW INNODB STATUSand periodically makes them in the form of graphs that you (possibly) want.

Cacti: http://www.percona.com/doc/percona-monitoring-plugins/cacti/mysql-templates.html

Nagios: http://www.percona.com/doc/percona-monitoring-plugins/nagios/pmp-check-mysql-innodb.html
