Android - "Server could not process your apk. Try again .." when loading to the market

So this is my Android manifest

Every time I boot into the Android market, I get an error message: Server could not process your apk. Try again.

I previously downloaded several APKs, but now I decided to abandon my application because it works on 2.1, previously it was at least 2.3. And since I changed minSdkVersion, it no longer wants to load.

It looks like the Android market is not working. If you look carefully, you will see that the download does not occur. So the error message is misleading. Wait for Google to resolve this.
